Preparing your CD product is achieved in one of two ways: CD Replication: WeÃll manufacture your disc using our Netstal CD manufacturing lines. A stamper is created and used to press super-heated polycarbonate into discs with your data pressed directly into the surface of the discs. This process is ideal for quantities of 1,000 and up. CD-R Duplication: WeÃll use state of the art NEC burner towers to laser etch your program content onto professional grade recordable CD-R stock. This process is ideal for short run, quick turn CD-Data product. Because CD-Audio product has a user base that includes a broader spectrum of early model laser-reading devices, it is recommended to use the CD Replication process for your CD-Audio work. Depending on your needs and time requirements, we can manufacture from 1 to 1,000,000 units on time, on budget, and to your total satisfaction. At CFMG you now have the option to include the texture look of our classic ink printed silk screen, or the stunning clarity of our direct-to-disc hi-resolution process imaging to include on your finished disc product. All in the eye of the beholder, we have the option thatÃs right for you! Screen PrintWith our classic AutoTec AG five stage silk screen press, we can print your image using industry stanrdard CMYK Process & Pantone inks for PMS matching, of up to six colors on the surface of your disc product. Digital PrintWith our all new AutoTec AG Digital direct-to-disc laminate 4/c process print system, the print on your disc product will look just like your high-end ad print. Through digital processing of your image, screen lines are eliminated and clarity is showcased with stunning results. (Note: Although we'll make every effort to match your custom PMS colors as closely as possible, our digital print system does not provide for PMS match requirements.) |
